MSF-France is currently seeking to hire an Assistant for the nurse activity manager to support the manager in various administrative matters to ensure an efficient running of MSFF medical program. Main Responsibilities: - Perform secretarial administrative activities according to the instructions of the supervisor and MSF rules and protocols to ensure efficient administrative support to the MSF medical team under the NAM’s responsibility. - Ensures good communication and information between the manager and the NAM’s medical team members Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of University studies. - Minimum 1 year with MSF or other NGO : administrative or translator position (Arabic<>English)
- Essential Arabic and excellent level of English (written, oral and simultaneous interpretation) including medical terms translationRespect of confidentiality
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Ability to write official documents.
